Daniel Porter is an expert on fraud and ethics and is a master storyteller who uses an entertaining style to engage his audiences. He shares his real-life experiences as an investigator to impart practical solutions to preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud.

His personal experiences dealing with a diverse group of bad actors are the foundation for his commonsense approach to ethics. Ethics policies, like the lines on the road, provide guidance of right and wrong behavior in business. We make decisions to stay within the lines or we drive outside the lines and ultimately face the consequences.

Over a 25-year career, Daniel Porter has conducted investigations such as embezzlement, government program fraud, insurance fraud, airplane crashes, conflicts of interest, employee misconduct, and criminal defense. He has experience in the private sector as a loss prevention manager and as a private investigator with one of the premier firms in the South. He also worked in the public sector as an investigator and investigations manager with the State of Tennessee.
